France)
NOW: NO COUNTRY IS EASY OR DIFFICULT (Czech/
Hungry Wiz Italy, Germany)
VISA RULES ARE SAME IN ALL NOW TO
ACCESS THE STUDENTS.
SCHENGEN COUTRIES: Austria,
Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland,
France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland,
Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain Sweden, and Switzerland
STUDENTS CAN NOT TRAVEL
TO ANY OTHER SCHENGEN EVEN IF THEY ARE ON "SCHENGEN
STUDY VISA".
You can get study visa for any Schengen country. only
if you fulfil ALL the following EIGHT conditions: -
If you are applying without fulfilling
the below requirements. Your Study Visa is on RISK.
- NO
IELTS (but student should be very good in speaking,
reading, writing, listing English)
- NO
GAP IN STUDIES PERMITTED `- (No employment letters
to fill the GAP, except medical cases, IF YOU WERE
HOSPITILISED, or your employment should be in a very
good, may be international reputed company)
- SHOULD
HAVE MORE THAN 65% MARKS
- SHOULD
BE ENROLLED IN TUITION FEE MORE THAN 5 LACS OF INDIAN
RUPEES. If you get admission in LOW FEE COLLEGES or
FREE STUDY PROGRAMES. Visa will surly get refused.
- SHOULD
HAVE A BANK STATEMENT OF CASH OF 6 - 7 LACS INDIAN
RUPEES in STUDENT'S personal Bank account.
- Full
Year tuition FEE advance to many Collages + above
fund to assure VISA.
- Further
few embassies are taking some additional steps. e.g.
- Embassy
of Poland Written 3 pages IQ & General
Knowledge exam is been taken
- Embassy
of Denmark is asking to furnish, income
tax proofs of bank balances.
- Embassy
of Germany requires one year Germany course
in native country
- Embassy
of Austria requires one year Germany course
in native country
- Embassy
of France prefers person having good knowledge
of French.
- Embassy
of Malta does not gives visa to students
with low tuition fee
- Embassy
of Italy does not gives visa to students
with low tuition fee
- Embassy
of Hungry does not gives visa to students
with low tuition fee
- Embassy
of Luthiana needs Ministry of Education
approval with admissions
(many schengengen countries have 10+3 system of
education for Senoir Secondary Education. So all
having 10+2 in Asia/ India will be declined, becouse
they have one year short in education.)
- ONLY
PERSONS APPLY FOR DEGREE PROGRAMS with yearly tuition
fee / living expense of more than EURO 6800 WILL GET
VISA

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CASES WHO HAVE BEEN REFUSED STUDY
VISA FOR NEW ZEALAND, AURSTALIA & UK THEY WILL BE REFUSED
FOR SCHENGEN ALSO.
All students who were refused by above countries have
been refused for Schengen also. This gives a doubt that,
all of these embassies are exchanging database now.
OUR SUGESSTION
IF YOUR STUDY VISA FOR NEW ZEALAND, AURSTALIA & UK is
refused, not apply for Schengen. Because once your are
declined from India. You will have to wait in "Europe"
to re apply.
Its better to apply for Schengen study / visitor visa
after few months from "Europe"
