Any one arriving on "Tbilisi International Airport" without the permission/ updating "Ministry of Justice" in Georgia and applying any visa are deported back to their native country.

Visa Issues

• List of the countries whose citizens do not need a visa to enter and stay on the territory of Georgia for 89 days
  
  IF YOUR STAY OR STUDY IS EXCEEDING 90 DAYS. THEN YOU SHALL HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS (AS ISSUED TO NON EU CITIZENS), YOU WILL GET ONE YEAR STUDY VISA ON ARRIVAL, ON OUR DOCUMENTS.

  All countries of the European Union, United States of America, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Israel, The Holy See, Principality of Andorra, San-Marino, Republic of Iceland, United Arab Emirates, State of Kuwait, South Korea, State of Qatar, Kingdom of Bahrain, Oman, Brazil


• All other Nationalities, apart of those restrictions, listed below can obtain visa at the airport upon arrival. with our documents.


• Laissez-Passer : If Laissez-Passer is equal to UN Passport, the holder can obtain Visa for Georgia upon arrival
• Restrictions :
  
  • Citizens of Lebanon need special permission. It’s approval takes up to 2 weeks
  • Individuals, which have been born in: Afghanistan, Lebanon, Chechnya, Dagestan and Pakistan (and may be currently citizens of other countries) also need special permissions to enter Georgia.
