SPOUSE VISA FOR GEORGIAN STUDENT

It is mandatory for a student to complete his three months of education. Only then he can apply visa for his Spouse. There is no charge. We will guide you for free. Approval from Local immigration or / and from Foreign Police is required. We can help you in getting this approval. Any cost, if applicable, shall be paid by the applicant.

If they are willing to stay for more than 89 days then they need to apply "Long Term Visa" & TRC.

On dependent visa. They can not stay more than 89 days in six months or 179 days in 12 months.

Processing time may vary from 2 weeks 4 weeks.

Approval may take further time. If student is not good in his education our has a record in any criminal activity or has ignored the rules of visa issued to him.

IT IS GRANTED on arrival only to Diplomatic Passports holders (after getting through Ministry of Foreign Affairs, India) or persons officially sponsored by Indian Government going through CII, FICCI for exhibitions and investment.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not get invitations from agents from internet and take flight. Your inviter shall be Georgian born Citizen and he should guarantee to Foreign Police (Immigration department) that he shall be responsible for your all acts | in Republic of Georgia.

Indians arriving on "Tbilisi International Airport" without the permission from "Ministry of Justice" of Georgia and applying this Visitor Visa are deported.
