PLEASE NOTE: Do not get invitations from agents and take flight. Your inviter shall be Georgian born Citizen and he should guarantee to Foreign Police (Immigration department) that he shall be responsible for your all acts in Republic of Georgia.

Indians arriving on "Tbilisi International Airport" without the permission from "Ministry of Justice" of Georgia and applying this visa are deported.
